Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship out parcels with a registered courier company that provides door-to-door delivery. Delivery times of orders are between 2-5 working days (delivery may be delayed if we do not have stock on hand and if we have to wait for a supplier delivery first).

Please note: Deliveries do not take place on weekends or after business hours during the week.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please enclose a note stating the reason for the return.Given the nature of the products all returns MUST BE unused and unopened (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).

Please do not use your own shipping service to return items to Bare Fantasies Lingerie, we will not accept the return, rather contact us through the websites contact us page or send us an email at info@barefantasies.co.za

To return your product, we will provide collection from your premises (where the product was delivered to)

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  1.  The goods must be unused
  2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
  3. Goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.Please use a courier, as Bare Fantasies Lingerie cannot be held accountable for returned items not received back. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are the responsibility and expense of the customer.Wrap your return in the same packaging in which you received it and enclose the packing slip. Return via courier (to-door, no post office returns will be collected/permitted).If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met, regrettably we reserve the right to return the goods without notice (and with re-shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer). Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable. A full refund will be made within 7 days from cancellation of the order, provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. (excluding delivery).Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s designated South African bank account – or for store credit where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@barefantasies.co.za and send your item to: 14 Cumberland Johannesburg Gauteng South Africa 2094.
